It seeks to invest in the companies based in Europe with a focus on Western Europe and the United Kingdom. The firm prefers to invest between £5 million ($7.51 million) and £100 million ($204.11 million) per transaction in companies with enterprise values between €20.0 million ($21.49 million) and €300 million ($352.91 million).
