The company also provides semiconductor molding machines and related equipment; and custom connectors, molded products, precision molding, and assembly and contract manufacturing. In addition, it offers electrostatic capacitance torque sensors. The company was formerly known as Dai-ichi Seiko Co., Ltd. and changed its name to I-PEX Inc. in August 2020. I-PEX Inc. was incorporated in 1963 and is headquartered in Kyoto, Japan.
