The New Energy Business segment develops, constructs, operates, and manages solar farms. The company was formerly known as GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited and changed its name to GCL Technology Holdings Limited in April 2022. GCL Technology Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
