The company is also involved in the provision of yacht brokerage, chartering, and management services, as well as after-sales and refitting; brand extension activities, such as lounges; and manufacturing and installation of wooden furnishings for nautical interiors. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Forlì, Italy. Ferretti S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Ferretti International Holding S.p.A.
